ALL hourly rate levels include basic clean up and maintenance of event area. For a successful event, we recommend the ratio of 1 staffer to
every 40 guests.

Basic Level
Tray passing, maintenance & clean up. At this level we do not complete plating, cooking, food preparation tasks or set-up.

We'll set up!
Includes buffet and or table set-up, tray passing, seated food & wine service, clearing, maintenance and clean up. Oven coordination for hot Hor’dourve or appetizer. Plating.
 
Menu & Kitchen
Sous Chef or Chef Requirements such as multi-course meal coordination and preparation, oven watching, carving, plating for large events, recipe and menu development assistance.

Holiday
Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years.
Special pricing is placed closer to the Holidays.
